Stephanie E. Weber, MPH is Deputy Director of the Leadership Corps, a nonprofit organization whose goal is to improve health services management and leadership in developing countries. Stephanie helped to create the Leadership Corps in 2008 as part of her work with the Global Health Working Group of the Clinton Global Initiative. Stephanie is currently a third-year doctoral student in public health at the University of California, Berkeley. Her research focuses on evaluating state-of-the-art methods for strengthening health services management capacity in resource limited settings. She hopes to complete her doctoral training in May, 2010. Prior to starting her doctorate, Stephanie served as Administrative Associate for Policy and Planning in the Office of Health Affairs and Governmental Relations at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. In this role, Stephanie assisted the President of Baylor College of Medicine and Vice President of Governmental Relations with strategic management of BCM’s domestic and international government affairs.
